The 26 available new lots are located on Mount Montana Drive and Salt Creek Circle in the lower portion of the plat. See lots 1579-1589 and lots 1510-1524. Lots are a minimum .18 acre (8,000 sq. ft) and up to .4 acre (17,354 sq. ft).

Access to the site is from High Bluff Drive (6200 West) and Mount Montana Drive (6530 South) which is at the corner at the top right of the plat (where you see the North arrow).
